- 1 bottle of Sherry Vinegar 250ml. Sherry vinegar is obtained from Sherry wines (100% Palomino Fino) protected by the DOP Jerez de la Frontera and subjected to traditional criaderas and soleras aging that gives it its own personality. These wines are subjected to the acetic fermentation process for subsequent aging in wood. All these processes are closely controlled by the DO "Sherry Vinegar".
- 1 craft dark chocolate 84% cocoa made with 5% of our Picual Traditional extra virgin olive oil. It is rich and super smooth boasting the rear combination of being dairy-free and gluten free. Imaging savouring the decadence of chocolate without any bitter aftertaste. Guilt free pleasure!
