ARE YOU WILLING TO CHANGE TO A PLANT-BASED DIET?

Have you read The China Study by T. Colin Campbell? I started reading this week and it is super interesting, in my opinion it is a fantastic book based in 45 years of scientist researches to learn about what are the reasons of deseases and how they can be treated (better if prevented) following a good nutrition basics. The book ends up advising a plant-based diet minimizing pastas (except whole grain), white breads, crackers, sugars and most cakes and pastries, corn oil, peanut oil, olive oil, salmon, tuna and cod. The rest you already know, (no steak, no hamburger, no lard, no chicken, no turkey, no cheese, no milk, no yogurt, no eggs and no products with a high egg content).
There is one thing that catches my eyes but probably because I am in the olive oil world, and it is that he talks about olive oil and not extra virgin olive oil... (I will talk about it in a following post).
 
My answer to my own question is: I can't 100% yet and I don't know if I will (i will tell you why in a following post)
