Gazpacho made with Picual Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Gazpacho is a must if you visit Andalusia in the summer.
We had it ready to drink straight from the fridge every single day—it’s the ultimate refreshment.

One key ingredient: high-quality extra virgin olive oil. We use Vezorla Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100% juice from healthy olives—pure, authentic, and full of flavor.

Just one tip: don’t be lazy—skip the canned tomatoes! Use only fresh, ripe ones.
And yes, you do need that bit of bread—it gives gazpacho its perfect, silky texture.

You can drink it straight or enjoy it as a cold soup. Either way, it tastes like summer in a glass.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Kg of tomatoes (not canned tomatoes)

  • 1 bell pepper

  • ½ english cucumber

  • 1 + ½ garlic without germ

  • 50G of bread (can be steal)

  • 50ML Vezorla Picual Traditional extra virgin olive oil 

  • 30ml Sherry Vinegar

  • 250ml water

  • Salt and pepper to taste.

    Chill it in the fridge for a couple of hours and enjoy it anytime as a cold, refreshing drink or soup.

    Growing up, we always had a jar of gazpacho in the fridge. It’s summer in a glass!
